WELCOME! I'm Nort Beckerman, the Brain Health Coacherman

Currently, there are about 56 million people throughout the world suffering from dementia. That number is expected to increase by 10 million cases each year.

Pharmaceutical companies have been trying to develop a drug for years that would prevent or cure dementia, without success.

Millions of dollars, possibly billions, are being spent but people continue to develop dementia and suffer.

It’s time for a change in thinking. It’s time for a change in the way we perceive the brain.

Instead of looking at the brain as if it were an organ, like the heart or lungs, that has something wrong with it, we need to look at the brain as a living, self-managing organ that exists in a sensory world and responds to sensory information.
