WELCOME! I'm Nort Beckerman, the Brain Health Coacherman

A person with Alzheimer’s is in some stage of dementia.

It’s possible, if not likely, that a person with vascular dementia could develop Alzheimer’s

The biomarkers of Alzheimer’s are …

1. A shrunken brain, that has a significant amount of open space

2. Clumping of Tau and Amyloid Beta protein, and

3. Fibroid tangles + Tau and Amyloid Beta protein play a significant role in cell biology and cell communication

Experience-dependent brain cells are housed in   tissue.

When brain tissue shrinks the Amyloid Beta and Tau protein in the cells come together in clumps.

The shrunken tissue produces the tangles.

Alzheimer’s is the result of an unhealthy, shrinking brain trying to heal itself.

KEEP YOUR BRAIN HEALTHY because…

YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN PREVENT ALZHEIMERS !
