WELCOME! I'm Nort Beckerman, the Brain Health CoachermanAntioxidants remove free radicals (oxidants) from the brain.

Free radical oxygen molecules are a waste generated by the brain.  Free radical oxygen molecules, oxidants, are missing a balancing electric charge.  To regain balance oxidants attack and injure tissue causing tissue inflammation.  When tissue becomes inflamed the cells it holds function poorly or don’t function.

When brain cells lose function, you won’t be able to remember something you once knew or do something you once did.

Antioxidants attract oxidants so they can be eliminated from your system.
